Our full name, The Parochial and Home Guard Club, gives a good indication of our origins. The club was founded in 1942 by local men looking for a distraction from the concerns of the time. Why not take a look at our history page.
We pride ourselves on being a friendly club where all are welcome. The age of our membership ranges from 12-80+ years and we now have over 100 male and female members. New members are always welcome. If you are interested in joining us please send us a message or call into the club where you can pick up an application form from our club steward.
Click on the Events tab to see what is happening at the club in the coming weeks
In addition to snooker, we also have lively social events and quizzes.
We hope you will come and join us.
