Welcome to the home of snooker in Northeast Leeds

COVID 19 – UPDATE AUGUST 2021

We are now OPEN. The club is now open from 5.15 pm to 11.15 pm. New members are welcome. If you wish to play snooker you must phone ahead to book a time slot with our Steward, Steve Mayne. Call 0113 2160770 during opening hours

Our full name, The Parochial and Home Guard Club, gives a good indication of our origins.  The club was founded in 1942 by local men looking for a distraction from the concerns of the time. Why not take a look at our history page.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly club where all are welcome. The age of our membership ranges from 12-80+ years and we have both male and female members. New members are always welcome. If you are interested in joining us please send us a message or call into the club where you can pick up an application form from our club steward.

In addition to snooker, we also have lively social events and quizzes.

We hope you will come and join us.
